TRANSPORTATION SUMMARY REPORT
This Transportation Summary Report highlights and visually illustrates some of the transportation planning activities conducted and the products produced by NIRCC during past Fiscal Years. The primary purpose of this report is to familiarize the reader with the techniques used by NIRCC and the resulting products to promote a better understanding of the transportation planning process in our community. Included in these reports are summaries of traffic surveillance activities, vehicle miles of travel, intersection and arterial analyses, corridor studies, travel time and delay studies, Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) Projects for the Fort Wayne-New Haven-Allen County Metropolitan Planning Area, quarterly reviews, TITLE VI & ADA, Safety Management System (SMS) activities, congestion management, bicycle/pedestrian planning activities, Red Flag Investigation (RFI) studies, and transit planning.
