The Northeastern Indiana Regional Coordinating Council (NIRCC) as the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is being reviewed by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to assure the MPO’s transportation planning activities, practices, and policies are in compliance with Federal policies, regulations and laws.
