Welcome to the Northeastern Indiana Regional Coordinating Council Website (NIRCC)
The Northeastern Indiana Regional Coordinating Council is the agency designated by the Governor to perform general purpose planning on a regional basis for Adams, Allen, DeKalb, and Wells
Counties.
The website was created to provide other agencies and the public with information regarding projects that are currently in the planning stages and projects that have actually been completed.
